The former hacienda turned into a restaurant.

Complete with a South American macaw.

Inside was along buffet filled with delicious goodies.

Our lunch was in a highly decorated wing of the restaurant.

At the far end was a fresco of a fiesta at the hacienda.

Dining was al fresco.

Lucky bulls and cross on the roof of a wing.

The foyer.

The other wing.

With the famous guinea fowl Last Supper at the far end.

Outside was a large greensward down to the river, with vendors barely visible beyond the fountain.

And traditional (very good) flute players for our entertainment.

Not sure who this statue in the yard is supposed to be, but it resembles the statue of a drunken dwarf in Heidelberg Castle in Germany.
